BC Gov't raised the exemption limit for 1st time buyers

The Provencial Government has issued amended First Time Home Buyers requirements. Finally the government has raised the price of first time home buyers exemption. As of today, a first time home buyer will now qualify for a full exemption of property transfer tax with a purchase price of less than $425,000 (rather than $375,000).
