Seattle Time story about new home sales

By
Real Estate Agent with The Real Estate Bundle

There is a story on SeattleTimes.com about how new homes sales have dropped by the largest amount in 16 years. If you read that story please rememeber the very first word of the headline "National".  This is an AP story regarding the national market. New home sales in our Puget Sound area has dropped also but not as much as the rest of the nation. Also this is only "new" homes.  Not establish homes.  It is a good story with a lot of information.

Please call or email with any questions.

Karl,

In our community, the New Homes are causing the cost of established home prices to drop.  There is so much building going on in our area the builders are able to sell a home well under $98,000.00.  This price can get you a 1700 sq.ft. home easily.  Keep us posted on your situation, it sounds like your community is going in the right direction.
