We use VisualTour...my team admin. couldn't figure it out first, but we called the help desk and they were great...it's what we use for all our visual tours.  You can visit them on www.cindymccoy.com

I don't use virtual tours yet.  My listings, fortunately, sell within a short period of time.  I imagine if I were in the higher end pricing, I'd use it.  I am subscribing to your blog.

Bruce - I have been attempting to learn the same thing. My digital camera does short video clips and you can load these into UTUBE and link it to ActiveRain - Start practicing with your camera to get those videos looking great first. Remember that if you zoom in or out, the camera picks up these sounds, so do as little movement as possible on the camera itself!!! Talk about what you are filming - make it interesting - and practice, practice, practice!!!
