If you are the seller, I will accompany the buyer and buyer's agent during their final walk-through of the property. If you are the buyer, I will accompany you to make sure all is well. I will communicate with you on a regular basis so that you can stay informed and as worry-free as possible. After the sale is completed, if you are the seller, I will offer you relocation assistance if you are leaving the area or help you locate a new home in the area.
