Looking for good Hard money lenders.

By
Real Estate Agent with Utah Select Realty

Hey everybody how are you doing?  Well I am just getting started in this site, but I want to take full advantage of the knowledge I can get here.  I am starting to do some Real Estate investing, and I am getting things set up to be able to work effectively. I have reciently become a Realtor.  I am looking for some good tips, and also I am looking for a hard money lender that is good, one that will not be looking to completey screw me over.  If any of you all have any suggestions, please let me know. Thanks

Ryan B Merrell.

Often times other well established Realtors with larger captial.  They know the business and will have a more comfortable feeling of lending.

Ryan, the hard money lenders generally look for a 50% loan to value or in that area.  This means you would have to put a lot down or have a large amount of equity in the property in order for them just to look at the property as collateral.
