Properly understanding your insurance policies is a must. While we realize
that an insurance policy may not make for exciting reading, you need to do it, and we have
several resources available to help you understand what your homeowners
and auto policies do and do not cover.

Let's take a quick look at the homeowners policy. It provides four primary
property coverages.

* The dwelling
* Other structures, like a fence or detached garage
* Personal property
* Additional living expense, in case you have to move out of your home
after a loss

The homeowners policy also covers your liability in case someone is
injured on your property.

Your personal auto policy covers your liability in case you injure someone
or damage their property in an auto accident. It also covers medical
expenses you incur as the result of an accident, damage to your own
covered vehicles, and injuries you sustain in the event that an uninsured
driver hurts you.

As mentioned, we have several resources available to help you better
understand your policies. Please call or stop in and we will be glad to
share that information with you.
