IDX

Hi All-I've been out of blogging circulation for a while, however, I have a need and would appreciate your quick response.  My prescription for my current IDX company is up and I want to renew with a different vendor.  Though lately I have seen good response from my current IDX company; I wondered if anyone had a company they were really happy with that created a lot of leads.  I'd appreciate any input as I do not want to be out of the IDX loop for long.  Thanks a lot!

I use IHouse Web for my IDX pro subscriptions.  I have only been doing this for about a month now and have yet to get a lead.  You can view my website at www.rianmuleback.com and see what you think of it.  Let me know if you have any questions.

I was about to blog on the same thing.  I have temporarily activated an iHouse IDXpro account, but have not set it up yet.  I was curious if it was worth the money to have iHouse IDXpro or just point to the local MLS search from my website.

Sharyn: When you say you have had a good response, does that mean you are happy with it?

 Thanks!

Todd

If you are using the Ihouse IDXpro - have you had a positive experience with their recent upgrade?
