Valentines day marked my 7th year of living and loving Crestline. It is hard to call what I do a job because I love what I do so much. There is nothing sweeter in life than helping someone realize their dream of owning their own piece of mountain paradise in our beautiful town of Crestline and it's surrounding communities. It is hard to sum up and convey through words what the Crestline lifestyle can be but I will, through this blog, attempt this. I also will be offering you the answers to the questions you might be having about our real estate market here in Crestline. For instance you might be asking what has been happening so far in this new year of 2008? Well let me tell you:
There are currently 184 homes listed for sale. 39 houses went on the market since January 1st. The houses range from a $45,000 mobile home in Valley Of Enchantment to a $1,400,000 19.78 acre aging estate in Cedarpines Park.
13 Houses have sold since January of this year. They range from a $76,000 bank owned, tear down, in Valley of Enchantment to a $425,000 brand spanking new home, in Crestline, with a great view.
6 Houses are currently in escrow ranging from a 3 bedroom 2 bath $155,000 bank owned property in Valley of Enchantment to a $315,000 turnkey, 2004 home, in the San Moritz area.
