Market picking up here in Green Valley and Sahuarita Arizona!

We have been very busy the first month and half of the new year. Many new listings and new sales following fast. Listed one property, sale pending 4 days later, nice. Working on another new listing and a potential sale. We have definitely picked up this in comparison to the end of 2007.

Things are starting to pick up in the White Mountain area too. Put another in escrow this week and expect two or three buyers in the month of March. Keep on sending those Tucson & Green Valley folks up our way. We have lots of properties just waiting for new owners.
