It's a great time to buy a home......

Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker Legacy Real Estate Group

Unlike other areas of th country our economy is strong.  According to the Chamber of Commerce nine new industries have been recruited to South Central Kentucky.  This means new jobs, more home buyers, and soon to be higher prices.

In 2007 our sales figures were down just a couple percent off our record sales year.  The numbr of homes on the market is higher than normal levels thereby keeping prices down.  The time to buy is now.

So, if your ready to list your home or looking to buy give me a call.
