Oakdale Valley is a fabulous neighborhood located just minutes from Edmond and Downtown Oklahoma City. To find this great neighborhood you would need to take I-35 to Hefner Rd, the addition is between Sooner and Air Depot. The entrance is directly across from Oakdale Elementary School.

Oakdale Elementary School is conveniently located across the street. This would be for kids in grades PK-8.The elementary currently only has 432 students.

Not only does Oakdale Valley sound convenient but the neighborhood has many amenities for you as well. This gated community has walking trails, fishing lake and a playground. They are currently building a clubhouse, community pool and fitness room.

The homes are around 2,100 square feet to 3,900 square feet and currently price between $275,000-$600,000. Some other great neighborhoods close by would be River Oaks, Lakeside Of Oakdale, Stonemill and Apple Valley just to name a few.

I am planning to move there in 1-3 months. would like kids to attend oakdale schools. i am interested in house around 2500-3000 square foot with 3 car garage. what is average price i should expect to pay on a home like this?
