Hi Judi,

Something came to mind about a client I am helping here.  She is closing on a vacant lot in Texas.  Do lender do land loans in your state.  If so, can you point my client in the right direction.  I thought that the land had to be paid off in full to get the construction loan.  Maybe you know someone.
