Good snowy morning to all!
As those who know me can tell you I am, first and foremost, about enjoying my 3 children. They are the joy of my life and I spend a lot of time running around taking them to lessons and school events. They all enjoy creative arts. My son will graduate in June and plans to pursue a degree in Music. My daughters both dance and sing. They do all do well in school. They are the reason I got into real estate in the first place. I mistakenly thought you could work real estate part time.
Boy was I wrong!!! Part time agents may get lucky and put together some deals but they don't have the time to provide the service that clients need. At least the work is somewhat flexible and allows me to schedule in my children's events and daily needs.
I am an associate real estate broker who loves to work with buyers. I know some of you think I am crazy but nothing feels better tome than finding the right house for someone. I especially enjoy first time home-buyers who need extra help to get through the confusion.
I believe this will be my best year ever!! I know there is a lot of gloom and doom out there right now but people still need a place to live and someone has to help them find it. I will be there to help those people whether they are in the $100000 range or $1000000000 range. Each buyer deserves to have an agent that gives them respect for what they have been able to accomplish and for what they are trying to do to help themselves and their families.
Well I need to call to find out what my buyers for today want to do. I hope they want to reschedule because the snow is building up quickly and we are supposed to go into the mountain community of Cragsmoor. Have a great day.
