What is the current state of real estate in College Station?
Now is a great time to buy a home if you are considering to purchase.  Some houses are still on the market from last year, so home sellers may be interested in making a deal.  Reminds me of what one of my clients authorized me to say, “Please present all offers!”

If you are new to College Station, here’s a warm “Howdy!” to you!   Welcome to Aggieland!

Hi Nathan, Great review of what's happening in Bryan College Station.  It seems the prices are just a little lower than last year and it takes a month or two longer to sell homes than last year. But our market is still doing well.

Nathan, this is a nice summary of College Station.  From a buyers standpoint, I think it is exciting that there are a few homes under $100,000 available.

Nathan -- very intersting.  How do things look for the spring market?  We are seeing more activity in Southern New Hampshire.  It should be interesting.
