Perspective is key. Certainly the national media reports of a slow market make it tough for everyone. Annual statements show sales have fallen in retail, furniture, home decorating, automobiles, and homes…etc. But, if buyers can find a positive perspective, for example ‘If the market is down now…it will surely be going up again’. Just as in the stock market we should buy low and sell high. Not wait until prices start rising to get on the wave. Housing should be no different. In summary, buy now while sellers are anxious and rates are good; sell later when the market is hot
