I think its important to very professional to have a coach the key is to interview the coach and be very honest with the coach about where you area nd where you want to go and as the hold you accountable you need to hold the coach accountable and from ti,e to time not be afraid to change coaches and company's as you need to develop new skills and new business areas.

Keith...I actually had a one on one coaching session with Brian myself.  I am being coached by his wellness coach, "Rich Brennan,".  I moved on this year....but think great thoughts on Buffini.  Needless to say, you kind of burn out after 5 years wtih the same....I've moved on.  I have my master's in clinical psych and do a lot of coaching.  I think the accountability is what takes you to the next level.  Having said all that, I refer most my clients to Buffini.
