Does anybody know where this house is (in Gainesville), or wanna guess?
I needed to waste some time before meeting with a listing agent the other day and so I took a cruise around some neighborhoods. Some people like looking at birds, or plants, etc.. Well, I'm likely not alone in this group, but I definitely enjoy looking for cool properties just for fun. Have you seen this one?
Yes! If I recall correctly, it was set back pretty deep in the woods on the left-hand side of the road as you're going east on 8th towards Tower Rd (with 91st ave to your back/west). I think the only reason I could see it was because the trees had lost some of their foliage. I could only see a glimpse of it, and it sat at an angle (it did not face 8th directly). I believe it faced a more westerly direction, but I only caught a glimpse of it, so I'm not sure!
I should take my camera and try to hunt it down when I leave the office today hehe.
I was right! I was coming back from a listing appointment and chose to take 8th back to my office. I passed the house and, after turning right on to 91st, turned around because I realized I had my camera!
Hint for my "Pop Quiz": The sign I posted is in this general vicinity of town... ;)
