A couple of days ago, I posted the information on my newest real estate listing in the Daytona Beach area. It's a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath house on the Holly Hill/Ormond Beach border. I actually listed this house on Monday, but I've had a really busy week (Real Estate is Great in 2008!) and I had noticed a lot of quality shopping and businesses in the very close vicinity to this home when I was there on Monday and Wednesday. So today, after installing the Supra lockbox and obtaining the new alarm code the seller got from Brinks Security, just for the REALTORS® who will be showing the house, I took some time to really see what the area had to offer whoever chooses to buy this house.
First of all, let me say that the location of this house is pretty close to perfect. It's close enough to walk to a grocery store, banks, restaurants, nail salons, hair salons and much more. But it's located on a quiet little street beside an assisted living facility located in the newly renovated, historic Riviera Hotel.
Here are just a few of the local businesses within walking distance of this beautiful house at 225 Arragon Street.

Now a little bit further but still within walking distance, or a very short drive (or you can take the bus), you'll find another auto insurance company, attorney's offices, a Subway, another bank, and still many more places with great appeal.
And I'll take you just a little bit further. Within one mile there's another bank, a lounge and Java Junction which is a fabulous coffee and donut shop. And about 2 miles away is an Animal Hospital.
But don't let these close businesses fool you! As I previously stated, this house is on a little side street off U.S.1, beside an Assisted Living Facility that is located in the newly renovated, historic Riviera Hotel. AND, a little strip mall blocks any potential noise from U.S.1. The businesses in that strip mall are Engineers, land surveyors, a construction company, a computer repair center, and a nail salon. You couldn't ask for quieter businesses!
