This is how this amazing RE Sales INSIDE SECRET was revealed to me by a fellow RE Sales person:
My first deal as a RE Agent was starting to go bad because the borrower wasn't able to get financing. Long story short, the closing date extension expired and the house was back on the market. A RE Agent co-worker took me aside and said to me bluntly, "I understand the situation your in. You have to understand that it isn't your fault. Just do what everybody here does in this situation: BLAME THE MORTGAGE BROKER! You'll be able to buy some time with the seller's broker AND save the deal."
I don't have any reason to dislike RE Agents. No. Really.
