Wrenwood Subdivision has a wonderful country feeling yet it is close to everything!

Wrenwood Subdivision is a wonderful subdivision that is located just off of 20-A or Maumee Western Road in the Maumee/Monclova area.  This neighborhood has nice large lots with a average being 115 X 175 (a lot of them are even larger).  You have a very nice comfortable feeling in this sub because you feel that you have "elbow room"  All of the homes are side load garages because of the width of the lots.

In Maumee/Monclova there is also a 15 foot side set back building code so the houses have even more room on each side thus giving you a very spacious feeling.

The school district is Anthony Wayne which has proven to be one of the most competitive school systems in the area year after year.

This sub is located just far enough out of the "city" yet it is close enough to the brand new Fallen Timbers Mall area, grocery shopping, movies, restaurants and golf courses.

Call me today to learn more about this wonderful newer neighborhood--You won't be sorry you did.

I have a couple of resale homes as well as New Construction homes BY TRANSTAR BUILDERS INC on the market right now.

Athalia,

The only two colleges that have an Associates Program for an RN degree in nursing in the Toledo area are:  Mercy Medical College of Northwest Ohio and Owens Community College.

At Mercy Medical College there is no wait to do your clinical's as long as you are accepted into their Nursing program.  At Owens there is a 2 year wait to do your clinicals after you have completed all of your practical classes.

Both of them have extensive information online.

Good Luck!
