Property websites.

Managing Real Estate Broker with Motif | Luxe International Realty

We see more and more of the property websites out here.  Does anyone use them?  Do you find they are a good investment?

I would appreciate any feedback from anyone.

With all of the offerings out there it is difficult to know what is worth inv sting in and what is not.

As always thank you.

I personally, think they are a waste of time.  They are showy to sellers when you are trying to list; however, they don't sell the home, and certainly don't do me any favors in marketing my business.  Why would I want to do a single property website when I can send them to my website, which gives me all the statistics for tracking my business.  On my website I feature the property and include a virtual tour, a great description and all my contact information.  Personally, once again, I think they are a waste of money.  Wouldn't I rather someone remember www.mariaholland.net rather than www.2106crestmoorrd   They have a better chance of remembering my name than the property address and getting it spelled right in the first place.

Maria, I like your site.  Do you get the listings fed through MLS or do you reinput them?
