Hello all! My name is Heather Benson, I am a Realtor at Windermere Real Estate in Silverdale, Washington and an Active Rain newbie! I am also newer to the Real Estate business, I am just finishing up my first year (double whammy!). There has been quite a buzz around my office about Active Rain and what a wonderful tool it is so I just had to come join and see for myself. So here I am, if anyone has any tips or pointers that would help in getting started on Active Rain they would be much appreciated! I can't wait to get blogging!!!

Wlecome to Active Rain. The whole reason you blog is to build backlinks to your website, build a web presence so your local clients can see you. The way you do that is to be active in AR. Try to blog and post as often as you can. You get points. Post photos of your local communities on Localism. You get points. Read other peoples blogs and comment. You will learn alot and earn points.

Points move you up the rankings and make you a featured member. You will learn lots good luck

Welcome, just jump right in and ask questions. Set up you page add photos to it as well. Blog your listings in localism with photos. Read Read Read other blogs and join groups.
