FREE voicemail greetings for your cell phone

I recently came across a interesting website called www.YouMail.com. 

It offers FREE voice mail greetings for the different people that call your cell phone.

 It's called youmail. This youmail service can replace your cellular voicemail with a supposedly better voice mail system that includes a set of cool and different features such as different personalized greetings for each caller, online and phonebased voicemail access and complete control over who can leave you a voice mail. 

 This service allows you to keep your messages indefinitely and also to send the voicemail directly to your email.  They say that signing up for the youmail service takes only a few minutes.  Just think of the endless possibilities.......You could have a really professional voicemail for your buyers and sellers. 

You could have a really crazy mesage for your friends and an even a message for those sometimes annoying telemarketers that says "this line is no longer in service". 

Well, anyway, just thought you may want to know about this, if not for you, but for your friends, family or even your customers, especially those generation Y's and X's.

Too funny! I agree with Mary, "voice-mail hell" is worth the trip to this site for a listen.

I didn't sign up but I'm thinking about it. I'd never use it but there's even a bit by Alex Baldwin from his "Glengarry" speech

Extremely cool, but after spending 45 minutes trying to figure out message I like best (and there were several, that's for sure), I find out that its does support alltel phones. Dang!

That's fantastic!  I would be worried, though, that a client might accidentally receive one of the goofy messages!

I have been using Youmail since I read your post and signed up!  It's awesome!!!!  No need to worry about your clients getting a "goofy" or "inappropriate" message - you can pick and select who gets what.  I love their default message which is "Hi (caller's name), Tina isn't available right now, please leave a message".  I've gotten very positive feedback from clients.  I also love the internet capabilities including being able to respond online to my voicemails and listed to them while taking notes.  Thanks again for the great tip!

Having a very friendly and customized greeting can give a good and lasting impression to your callers. Somehow making them eager to call you back or leave you a message.

Vickie - I recommend that you take this post and shove it up your nose. YouMail.com is a scam. They advertise one thing but you have to sign up for the service without it telling you what you are signing up for. Then you are bombarded with emails after deleting your account even after filling out the unsubscribe me link. If you HEAR about any other services that you want to promote, please go play in traffic first. Thanks so much and bless your heart!
