No matter what the market, people will continue to desire to live in Ontario, as it remains one of the most attractive cities within San Bernardino County. Comparatively speaking, the Ontario housing market continues to post brisk sales. 

In of January 2008, 37 single family homes and a total of 15 condos/townhomes sold, up by 7 from last month.  My overall view of the market is still slipping.
