I am considering a new website company. Any suggestions as to who to use and who not to use?
Hi Mindy - just saw your post. I'm a web designer / marketer and I'd be happy to chat or send you some ideas. I'm sure there are some great ideas to be explored using you musical and creative background for some unique personal branding. Send me a message if you'd like to chat more - I'm starting to feel too solicitous in this comment :)
Cheers and see you around ActiveRain!
Mindy - I am currently using Z-57 and I am not as happy as I think I should be about this service. I would say stay away from them. Good luck
Hi Mindy:
I have had a website for a about a year and spent quite a bit of money working with a web designer. The site never ranked. So, when an associate of mine approached me about designing a website for me, I was a bit hesitant, but I listened. I decided to take a chance and have Kermit Johnson design a website for me. Kermit designed a website for me and I am ranking #1 on google for "Dassel Cokato Real Estate". The #1 ranking happened within days of the site going live. This is more than I ever expected.
I will also tell you that Kermit is wonderful to work with. He is there throughout the whole process and even after the website is finished.
Here is Kermit's contact info if you are interested:

Good luck.

Mindy, I don't know a thing about web design, but I think it would be wonderful to have a Feminine Complex website up and running. Since the FC's music is now appearing on YouTube, and the interest level is increasing after 40+ years, fans (old and new) would love it. I understand your current business is Real Estate, but so many 60s groups are finding it loads of fun to present websites featuring their music and group bios, as well as chat forums. I've been listening to the FC, and your other group Fancy Friend (Thinking About Me ...) for 40 years --- and when I occasionally drive through the neighborhood and see your house there on the corner I begin hearing the familiar tunes in my head.
