My seller would like to see her acreage transfered into a wildlife sanctuary of some sort. Moose, Deer, Wild Turkey, Quail, Pheasant, Coyote, and more on this 140 acres with natural springs, rolling hills, trees and range grases makes it ideal for that application.
Does anyone know what large group or charitable organization contact that would be interested in such a preserve?
