I bought the book "The Positive No"

I went to Borders today and bought the book "The Positive No" that I mentioned in my last post.  I will be reading it and I'll let you all know what I think.  I hope that it will help me to continue to help people without burning myself out by doing too much for those who will continue to use you until there is nothing left.

I am happy that I received so many comments that agreed with my position on helping others regardless of financial reward.  I hear your cautions on allowing people to take advantage but I still will try to give someone a hand up rather than leaving them hanging.
