Living in Washington State is a great place to specialize in waterfront. I have lived on bays and waterways of Puget Sound; camped on the ocean beaches from Oregon to Canada; rafted and tubbed on the Snake River on the Washington/Idaho border and the Cedar River in Maple Valley and Black Diamond/ and I have camped, swam and been a lifeguard on many of our lakes around the state.
I am now the only Active Rain Realtor showing Lake Sawyer as my home area. This lake community is large enough and centrally located such that is has families in the Maple Valley, Enumclaw/Black Diamond or Kent/Covington School districts. All of these cities are growing rapidly and are favorites for families wanting to get the feel of the country but still be close to metropolitan areas and activities of the big cities of Seattle and Tacoma.
So...since I have recently been working the growing estate communities of The Reserve at Lake Sawyer, The Meadows at Lake Sawyer; and the Ridge at Lake Sawyer; and I live near Lake Wilderness and Lake Webster Estates and just down the road from Lake Francis, I decided to start this new adventure of specializing in waterfront property.
Then I was introduced to Active Rain and was told it is great place to share ideas and learn more about the business so here I am --- The Double Newbie and eager to learn!!
