If I could think up some of this stuff, I would never have to work again in my life! (Although I say that, I would still work because I absolutely LOVE my job as a Realtor)
Well, while searching the internet while working from my new, warm, and cozy Owensboro, Kentucky home, I came across another interesting and useful site that is FREE.
I will give you a little hint. Sometimes when you get older, you seem to forget about things. Some of the things you forget about are big, and some of the things are small.
Sure, I know you are thinking, "don't sweat the small stuff ," but have you ever just totally forgotten about something? I mean it just slipped your mind? It's a horrible feeling, isn't it?
Well, thankfully I only have forgotten about things that weren't really that important and I never gotten in to a big mess or an embarrassment over it, YET. But, I AM getting older, so it is bound to happen. I know eventually I will probably get into trouble over forgetting something huge. But, hopefully it will never, ever happen while selling real estate.
