Multiple Bids: A definition & Update

For the record I am defining a multiple bid situation as one where a home, whether we are representing the buyer or the seller, has more than one offer on it at the same time. Since I posted the last update I spoke to two of my Associates and they reported two more multiple bid situations....stay tuned
