Anybody worked with their investors to buy model homes for lease back to the builders?
Looking at the possibility and wanted any advice. Discount on pricing, lease options, etc.
It can be a good deal for the investor and for the builder. The one builder I talked to today wanted to do a package deal of 7 homes they have available.
