What Do You Get For Your Condo Association Fees?

By
Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Bryan-College Station TREC# 499368

Condo association fees can vary widely from complex to complex, somewhat in relation to amenities in the complex.  Our association fees tend to vary between the modest fee charged by Deacon Row Condos with it's no frills exterior, but excellent construction and placement at only $85 per month up to the rather exorbitant almost $200 a month required at a few condos.

Our base condos with lower monthly costs typically cover the ground maintenance (if you have a back patio maintenace is typically up to you or your student) and watering as well as insurance on te exterior of the building and insurance against liabiity as well.

Our luxury condos have amenities such as pools, clubhouses and, depending on the complex, workout facilities, car washes, theaters and upscale landscaping.

If you have questins regarding HOA fees and how they impact you, call or email me today and I'll be happy to help!  For information on any of our condo associations go to www.ChrisTesch.com

So true Chris. The higher the HOA, the more amenities and facilities that the condo complex provides.

I sometimes think it's ironic though that the student parents love the properties with pools, but we have the Rec Center for the students and it features a beautiful pool....
