...without someone to look at your listings,

you are just a sad clown in the spotlight looking for someone to hand you a hanky.

Face it.

You have to ask hard questions about your marketing program:

-who is doing this?

-is it full service?

-what are they doing for me?

-is my branding-logo,colors, profile-right?

-what are their web exports?

-how do I know people are looking at my listing?

-where am I getting the numbers to show my sellers?

Well...

Let's turn that frown upside down!

I understand that 84% of home buyers start on line and that if they find what they want on line they will contact the agent holding the listing for my information and th ability to convert that call into a client is the big key to winning in this game. It all starts by being in front of the buyer before they know they are a buyer. So how does obeo make that happen
