33 Touch and 8x8

Just wondering who is following this? I just started applying this to my system. I have 180 names to it and too reach my goal for the year I need 396 names for my have mets and about 1200 in my haven't mets. Totaling a 9k + a year. This does not cover my 8x8.  I am using Personal Marketing Co because other then just postcards, they have flyers, and home magazines with my face and name on the cover, inside, as well as on the back.

What companies do you use to get your marketing out?? Also, how effective has your 33 touch and 8x8 been going?? John

Trust the process, we are building our 33 touch and 8x8 database everyday.  We use overnight prints or quantum mail for our mailings once I learned that they are much better than I am at mailouts.

We know how effective our 33 touch is when it is done right.

Nathan, 33 touch is in 1 year touching each client with a postcard, flyer, Thank You card, Holiday cards, magent, phone call etc. 8x8 is for somebody you just met 8 touches for 8 weeks. After the 8x8, they go into your 33 touch till they die. Hope this helps...

There's lots of information on the basic lead generation models on which those are based in "Millionaire RE Agent." If you haven't read it already, get a copy right away. Awesome!

John - great concept - thank you for sharing.

Shannon - thanks for the heads up on the book - I've read 'Raving Fans' by Kenneth Blanchard and 'Guerilla Marketing for Mortgage Brokers' by David Hancock - 'Raving Fans' was good but I'm going to look up the 'Millionaire...' book this weekend.

Have a Great Leap Day & even better weekend-
