The Cliffs at Indian Point is a 37 acre parcel adjacent to the world famous Silver Dollar City theme park. The Cliffs are designed around green space and forest, while the project features incredible lake views of Table Rock Lake. At project completion, The Cliffs will have over 420 condominiums, featuring 1, 2, 3, & 4 bedroom units, most available with lake views. The completed homes will range in price from $110,000 to $300,000.The final phase of sales at The Cliffs at Indian Point community are expected to be completed by Summer 2007.
Property sales at the Cliffs started in July 2005, and to date approximately 2/3 of the project has been sold
