technology is a good thing and helps improve the level of communication but we need to always be mindful of the quality of that communication. And although I am all for the online revolution, we will never be able to replace the human relationships that we build on a day to day basis with a keystroke. bring on the technology and lets remember to keep in touch. I agree with David. As I have just joined Connect...haven't moved my license yet...The technology they offer saves me time with listings, and transaction management with all properties..but it doesn't change who I market to, how I build a realtionship with them, it changes my overhead and increases the amount of time I have to build better relationships...and better marketing tools!!! I agree too, because it is so important to remember that we still need direct interaction with our clients in person whenever possible. Technology is just another way to keep in touch when you can't be there in person at a given moment - like using email and chat groups. With gas prices soaring out of control along with other rising costs to run our businesses, it is going to be important for us to work smart with our technology tools and learn to be professional in new effective ways, while still delivering that personal service.
