I am very nervous with branching out on my own from under the EXIT leadership. I am a broker/owner of a one man operation and I want to success greatly with limited errors. If you have any pointer for me please provide me with some guidance!

You don't mention if you are planning on staying a one person operation, or if you plan on growing your office with other agents. If you are staying on your own, you will need to look at the added expenses versus the additional income you will receive. If you are planning on having agents work for you, then you need to consider whether you will become the manager, continue to sell or try and do both. You will need to have systems in place for accounting, transaction management and administration. The number one thing to be careful of is expenses-they can eat you alive. My best to you.
