Gary:

I owned a house in Bloomingdale and we were about to close when we found out it was alread sold.  I had a realtor, etc. everything was in place.  Can you tell me when 49 Vreeland Ave. sold, for how much and who bought it?  I was given no information AT ALL.

Thank you.

The reason they were telling you it sold is because it actually expired! It is currently on the market for 249,900.00 and I HAVE SHOWN THAT PROPERTY BEFORE.If you would like me to get you inside please contact me at 973-960-9554
