New Mexico Local MLS

The New Mexico Multi Board is really a fascinating MLS system. The layout and principle could be beneficial to other systems across the country. For those who are not members, basically, each city/area has it's own system, thus, Carlsbad and Angel Fire for example have their own systems with unique URL's. This idea allows cities from all over the state to be a part of one MLS system, yet still local. Congress Realty is a member of each MLS system across the state of New Mexico and lists properties on the local New Mexico MLS for a flat fee.
