I think networking is the key to success. Most people tell me that Internet leads work well for mortgages. But i have noticed the longer that i have been doing mortgages referrals seem to be the best... I am always looking for people that want to help more clients and make more money... If you are a realtor , appraiser, title, home stagger, painter, electrician, carpet cleaning service, and so i want to meet you people always ask me for certain referrals in different fields and the more of you i know the more of you i can help. If you are local to the KC metro I would like to meet with you and let you know what i can do for your clients.
