Unfortunately this is where the market is right now. March 15th and 16th there are 375 foreclosed homes being auctioned off in Arizona.
These are homes that the banks own and have typically been on the market for at least 100 days. The homes are statewide and some of the homes have a starting bid of $1,000. The homes range in value from the mid 100,000s to close to 1,000,000.
If any investors or homeowners are looking for an interesting way to buy a home contact me and we can go preview some of the properties prior to the auction.
I have heard they are expecting more than 1,000 people there to bid on the properties. It should be a fun weekend
