Special offer

Multiple Offers on homes in some parts of Pa.

Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Centre Realtors

I called an agent for feedback the other day and she said the buyers had lost out on a house recently because there were multiple offers. I did not give it much thought . It might have been an isolated incident.

I read the newspaper yesterday and was surprised to read that in Media, agents reported about similar incidents. One agent wrote about an escalation clause , ( words that I have not seen in 2 years. )

Based on conversations with others and reading  some posts on Active rain, it looks like homes priced right are selling and sellers are getting multiple offers.

The spring real estate market is here and buyers have started thinking of Real Estate.

If sellers price their home competitively homes will sell  quickly.

Real Estate is local. Consumers should look at statistics for their area as in some parts of the country homes are taking longer to sell.

For a free market evaluation of your home in Bucks, Montgomery or Philadelphia call Gita Bantwal 215-343-8200x124

If you live in other parts of the country I will be glad to refer you to an agent in the area.
