Love by the "Dashboard" light by VREO

After buying my Tablet PC (Toshiba) I was so excited to be able to write on the screen an obtain my goal of going completely paperless only to find that it really doesn't work that way and it's not that simple.

At first I thought having Zipform I would be able to just type it up and have my clients sign on the screen whatever form I typed up.  Thank heavens for VREO otherwise I would have spent all of the $ on something very useless.  I am not doing an infomercial for VREO but I think it is important for anyone thinking of going paperless should know this stuff.

I bought the VREO software and pay for it monthly - very small fee.  Last I looked I think it is $9 or $14 a month. I installed the VREO and there is no way I could figure out how to make this happen.  Low an behold a training schedule comes into my email.  The online training schedule is continuous.  It is actually pretty cool.  So, I learned the whole deal and this week I did my first paperless transaction on the dashboard of my car.

I typed up the contract and other necessary documents in my zipform.  Saved it into a PDF file and then went into VREO and grabbed it from My Documents and voila - opened it up in VREO - creating a new file and we all signed our life away! The best part which is why I bought this whole deal is instantly after signing - I saved the doc's and then "emailed" everything to the agent right from the "dashboard" of my car! Purely paperless.

So,I spent a few thousand and spent a few hours of figuring all of this out and some training and it happened. It was worth every nickel.  Really the laptop was in my lap the whole time or my clients lap.  The Dashboard never comes into play not unless you use it to place your coffee during the whole transaction.

"What's it gonna be boy..."
