mamoncillo, candlenut, pollia, galumpi, Are they serious?

These are all words I have had to type in at the bottom of any page on AR when I blog, comment, and such. What are they? At first it was: banana, lillypad, staircase; words I had heard of. Now it's mamoncillo, kawakawa, and namnam. Where do they come up with these? They aren't real words, are they just random letters? Wouldn't it be more fun to incorporate acutal words? Even medical and legal terminology. We could all learn a new word every time we participate. Today it could be: temerarious. That's a real word.
