Real Estate Agent with Realty Professionals, Inc.

With all of the negativity about how bad the market is and with properties staying on the market a longer amount of time is all the more reason to get that property ready for SHOW.  I have seen properties that have been for sale with an agent and they do not sell the property, then the property is back on the market with another agent and that agent has shown the seller how to get the property ready to show and it has sold.

It is hard sometimes to tell sellers how bad their property looks.  You almost feel like you are insulting them. My good friend Barbara Duncan, which is also a Realtor and on ActiveRain, and I have a three page handout that we have used and I just give to my sellers and just say this is what will make your property look better and sell faster and leave it at that.  If they are really serious about selling, which most of them are, will take immediate action.  We are all professionals and we have a duty to tell sellers what will help get them the most money for their property with the least amount of hassle.

Barbara has posted a blog with all of the details of this handout on her blog.  Since I also use it, I will be glad to e-mail it to you if requested.

I am a Realtor in Searcy, Arkansas and I sell new homes, existing homes, commercial property, farms and land as well as manage and own rental properties.  If you are looking for real estate for an investment or a home, I will be glad to assist you!  You can call my personal cell number at 501-278-7659 or e-mail me at

Wow, you would share? even with another fellow realtor? I would like to see it. I have one I made for myself but I would like to see how mine differs from the one you and Barbara use.
