How do you as a Realtor capture the FOR SALE BY OWNER in the Quad Cities and the Nation? That is a question that I wish I could answer.
I have tried to hit them with Mailers, Emails, SEO Search Word Combinations, and even a little door knocking. I have noticed that in the areas that I am well known I receive a little more respect to direct marketing. So this all depends on my overall marketing plan.
Does anyone else have some insight on capturing FSBO's?
