After reviews, it's been concluded that PMI will only be tax deductible to those who assume a mortgage in the year 2007 or later. I think that this will motivate many consumers who obtained a mortgage before 2007 to refinance their homes once again. My prediction that another mortgage refinance boom is coming could be happening much earlier than I thought it would. I am also predicting a great year for all real estate professionals as I am predicting a year of yet another great era for home buying and refinancing.
