Are you asking effective questions?

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with The Property Shoppe

Your success in a real estate career is directly proportionate to your ability to ask effective questions. Never was that more true than it is in todays market. Since we as realtors leverage our time on a daily basis we need to make certain that we learn the questions or scripts necessary for the audience at hand. While learning these scripts take time, not learning them will cause you to waste much more time and ultimately more money.

I was on www.realtors.com yesterday and I read a interesting article on reviewing scripts. I think in this business, the better we are at it,the more it will increase our business. By the way from a Exit Real Estate Professional to another Exit Realty Professional - Welcome to Active Rain. Great post.
