THINGS NOT TO DO WHEN YOU ARE BUYING A HOME

RECENTLY I TOOK A CLIENT TO SEE THE HOME THAT THEY WERE INTERESTED IN BUYING.  IT WAS IN A NEW NEIGHBORHOOD.  THIS HOME HAD BEEN UNDER CONTRACT, BUT SUDDENLY BECAME AVAILABLE AND MY CLIENT JUMPED AT THE CHANCE TO SEE IT.

THE SALES ASSOCIATE TOLD US THAT THE COUPLE THAT HAD PLANNED TO BUY THE HOME, LOVED THE HOME AND WERE INFACT DUE TO CLOSE IN 2 WEEKS, HOWEVER... THEY DECIDED THAT SINCE THEY WERE BUYING A NEW HOME, THEY SHOULD HAVE SOME NEW TOYS...

THEY BOUGHT 2 NEW CARS TO GO IN THE NEW GARAGE..... FATAL MISTAKE FOR THE BUYERS.... THIS PURCHASE PUT THEM OVER THE TOP OF THEIR DEBT TO INCOME RATIO AND THEY NO LONGER QUALIFIED FOR THEIR HOME.

NOW THEY HAVE 2 FABULOUS CARS, PARKED AT THEIR FABULOUS   ......... APARTMENT.... AND THEIR DREAM HOME......

WELL IT WENT TO MY BUYERS... THEY PURCHASED IT AND BOUGHT NEW FURNITURE... AFTER THEY CLOSED ON THEIR HOUSE.

IT PAYS TO KNOW.... WHAT CAN KILL THE DEAL... AND COST YOU THE HOME YOU WANT.....
