It seems traffic has picked up and a weekend of warm weather has gotten people off the coach and into they're cars to look at houses. Of course this is Alabama so we get these warm weekends in Feb. I know a lot of people are saying that it will be 2009 before we some any significant change in Real Estate, but I do believe we will still sell some houses in Spring. Now I'm not sure if we will have record months but I believe it will be decent, I do. I've got a Mortgage Co. here that give me 1 or 2 leads a week and I would sat 70% close and I will take that all day long and do. Right now referrals are going to be a large part of my business and I have been really going after my mortgage people, title people, insurance people to bring me referrals cause after all I return the favor. I believe if we make our daily calls at least 5 to 10 to from our database, make 2 to 3 personal calls a week(face to face). Keep up our e-mail campaigns going evry month we will do good business. If I didn't believe in my abilities and that I felt I was going to have a good year, I would find another line of work.
